In 2025, Solomon launched his lifelong vision — Better Vision Management (BVM) - a global movement dedicated to renewal, empowerment, and peacebuilding. BVM’s mission is to create a worldwide framework for stability, prosperity, and dignity, uniting leaders, industries, and communities around a shared purpose: to rebuild hope and ensure that no nation or person is left behind.

From rebuilding schools and supporting families to uniting communities and nations, The Second Solomon’s work is a living reflection of his faith in humanity’s ability to heal and rise together. About Founder

The Second Solomon – A Life of Wisdom, Service, and Vision

Solomon Feleke, known to many as The Second Solomon, is a man who bridges two worlds — the practical and the profound. On one hand, he is a humble, God-fearing working man who values honesty, labor, and humility. On the other, he carries the descended wisdom of the ancient King Solomon, guiding his mission to bring solutions to humanity’s greatest challenges through faith, foresight, and service.

Born into a working-class family, Solomon has always upheld the dignity of ordinary people. His strength comes not from wealth or influence, but from faith, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to truth and compassion. His life’s work stands as a testament to the belief that true strength is found in education, empowerment, and unity.

Andinet Yichalal Charitable Organization

In 2022, Solomon founded the Andinet Yichalal Charitable Organization - an indigenous Ethiopian civil society organization (Registration No. 6136). Established by professionals from diverse fields including law, education, psychology, sociology, and economics, it focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration of veterans, support for orphans, and initiatives in women’s empowerment, disability inclusion, and climate resilience.

The Board is chaired by Field Marshal Major General Birhanu Jula Gelalcha, Chief of General Staff of the Ethiopian National Defense Force and former Force Commander of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA). Through Andinet Yichalal, Solomon’s vision of inclusive leadership and compassion-driven service continues to uplift vulnerable communities across Ethiopia.

Oakland Military Academy (USA)

Solomon’s journey is deeply rooted in healing and rebuilding communities affected by conflict. Recognizing that the foundation of every strong nation lies in education, he has worked alongside leaders from institutions such as the Oakland Military Academy (USA) to restore schools and educational programs for children - including those from military families — to ensure learning, stability, and hope endure beyond war.

Children’s Football Club

His passion for youth development also shines through his support for the Children’s Football Club in Addis Ababa, home to 32 young athletes. In April 2024, Solomon organized a community football tournament and a shared lunch program to strengthen local bonds and promote unity through sports.

Gamo Gofa Landslide

Solomon has been a steady presence in times of hardship. Following the Gamo Gofa landslide in South Ethiopia, he provided relief and solidarity to affected families, hosting a community meal during the Meskel Holiday 2024 - turning compassion into meaningful action.

Through partnerships with local leaders, military officials, and international firms, he continues to advance post-war recovery, debriefing education, and sustainable development programs across Ethiopia.
